The SPS Hotline has been a wonderful success since it opened and we started taking calls! However, we have had some issues with our time groups. The time groups on our phone system now does match the time group on the site. If you were unable to call during normal business hours the system is now fixed. We hope to soon add new features to the system as well, Such as being able to call any of the SPS partners directly. (This is yet to be decided!)
We also fixed the recent issue that came as soon as I posted this where calls weren’t hitting the system because I messed with a setting. It’s fixed now.
